If you are listening to advice from a person who is not registered and/or licensed,
YOU MAY BE TAKING A HUGH HEALTH RISK!
Dietitians/Nutritionists translate the science of nutrition into everyday information for the general public. They aid in the application of scientific knowledge to promote the well being of individuals, communities and nations to prevent nutrition-related problems. Many are involved in diagnosing nutrition-related diseases and can prevent or shorten suffering which also translates to monetary savings. R.D.s work in a variety of settings and educate health professionals and people groups around the world regarding almost all medical conditions. An RDN will help develop eating plans without compromising flavors.
Most R.D.s work along side primary care doctors to assist in fine-tuning exercise goals and nutrition & medicine prescriptions. They advise consumers on reading food labels, cooking and grocery shopping. If you have never consulted a dietitian, you are missing out on balancing your lifestyle and monetary savings.

Testimony: "Amy performed a spiritual dance for our church. It was freeing for me because I had been doing the same thing at my home when no one else was there. I did not know God led others in the same way until Amy showed me. I appreciate that she obeys God and she touched my heart."
